Frogs or toads...?

I have new visitors in my garden. hard to tell if I have frogs or toads.
I moved 4 of them away from my yard to protect my dogs from frogs(toads) and frogs (toads) from my dogs.
They are back!!!!
I am afraid, because toads have parotoid (or poison) gland behind the eyes. That poison can kill medium size dog. In the other hand, dogs are hard to be keep away from moving objects.
How would you recognize the difference?confused
What would you do if you were me?

Note: killing is not an option, adoption is not possible...living in peace is limited because of my dogs.... confused
